Fall League
Fall Basketball Season
September 3rd - October 19th, 2024
Come join us for Fall play!
Our fall season will begin in September with Assessments/try-outs.
We build teams for grades 3rd-9th, and support both boys and girls’ teams based on turn-out. Teams will have 2 practices a week with 1 training day and 2-3 tournaments during the fall season including a couple scrimmages.

3rd- 4th graders (5pm-6pm)
5th-6th graders (6pm-7pm)
7th-8th graders (7pm-8pm)
August 30th - Bilquist Elementary
5:30pm-6:30pm: make-up for 3rd-8th

Spring Skills + Team
Spring Skills Training + Team Option (8 weeks)
Includes Skills Training sessions plus an additional team practice per week and 2-3 tournaments.
Keep your game-play going in the “off season!”
Practices will be 120 minutes.

Winter League

Come join us for Winter play!
Our winter season will begin in October with Assessments/try-outs.
We build teams for grades 3rd-8th, and support both boys and girls’ teams based on turn-out. Teams will have 2-3 practices a week and 6-7 tournaments during winter season, including the Seaside, OR tourney.
SWEAT is a tournament team but will play local teams for extra games.

Summer Conditioning/Skills Training
Summer Conditioning/Skills Training (5 weeks)
Get in the gym with SWEAT Basketball for summer conditioning and skills training for kids ages 6-18. Our conditioning and skills sessions are designed to increase the athletes overall performance on the court both physically and mentally.
Sessions will be twice a week(Mon & Wed) for each group. Each session will be 90 minutes. Kids will also get the opportunity to play games at the end of each session.

Individual Training
Private 1:1 sessions. Designed for athletes that are determined and passionate about elevating their game.
The sessions are designed to put the athlete through a series of intense drills. These drills will focus on development of the fundamentals of passing, shooting and dribbling. They’ll also consist of speed, agility and quickness drills that will increase the speed of the athletes first step and reaction speed.

Small Group (3-5) Training
SWEAT Basketball also provides private small group training sessions with coaches from SWEAT.
In these sessions, the athletes will have the opportunity to enhance their ball-handling/dribbling, passing, shooting, defensive concept and strategic play. Athletes will get the opportunity to break down spacing, on ball/off ball cuts, and how the 5 on 5 game is broken down into 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3.
