Ages 6-18
It all begins with the basic fundamental skills. Dribbling. Passing. Shooting.
And conditioning.
Here at SWEAT Basketball, we focus on establishing the building blocks to create a strong foundation for basketball players. This includes the mental aspect of the game, along with the physical endurance to play. We strive to move kids from the processing-phase to reaction-phase.
We enjoy training ages 6-18. This training focuses, though, on ages 6-18. Over 5 weeks, players will attend (2) in-person, 90-minute sessions per week.
